NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor; No Apple Involvement

This promotion (the “Contest”) is sponsored and administered solely by Defize Inc. (“Sponsor”).

Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in any manner with, this Contest. Apple does not endorse, administer, or have any responsibility for this Contest. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to Sponsor, not to Apple, at hello@playmogg.com.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at time of entry. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Sponsor, and their respective affiliates, and their immediate families and households, are not eligible.

3. Promotion Period

The Contest runs as a series of Daily Entry Periods. Each Daily Entry Period opens at 2 PM ET and closes when the daily submission window expires (currently approximately three (3) minutes after a participant begins a daily slate, subject to change). Each Daily Entry Period is a separate promotion for winner determination purposes. The overall Contest begins June 23, 2026 and continues until terminated or modified by Sponsor.

4. How to Enter

During each Daily Entry Period, an eligible registered user may submit one (1) daily slate by selecting one outcome (YES or NO) in each of the ten (10) presented categories and locking the slate before the submission window closes. One (1) entry (slate) per person per Daily Entry Period. No entry fee, wager, or payment of any kind is required.

5. Scoring and Points

Entries are scored against the real world resolution of the underlying events, which resolve within approximately twenty four (24) hours of the close of the Daily Entry Period. Under the current design, a participant earns ten (10) points per correct selection, plus a bonus of one hundred (100) points for a perfect slate of ten correct selections out of ten, and fifty (50) points per qualifying referral. Points accumulate in the participant’s account. Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be redeemed only for prizes offered in the in app store, subject to availability and these Rules.

6. Prizes

Prizes are offered in tiers redeemable with accumulated points, at a working rate of one hundred (100) points per one dollar ($1) of prize value. Approximate retail value (ARV) and point cost per tier under the current working model:

  • $25 prize, 2,500 points.
  • $50 prize, 4,500 points.
  • $100 prize, 8,000 points.
  • $250 prize, 17,500 points.
  • $500 prize, 30,000 points.

Total ARV of all prizes available is capped at $1000 per period. Prizes are awarded as redeemable coupon codes. Limit 1 prize(s) per person per period. Odds of obtaining any prize depend on the number and difficulty of correct selections and on participation.

7. Odds of Winning

The odds of any single daily slate being perfect (all ten selections correct) depend on the probability of each selection and on the independence of the events. The categories presented are drawn from noncorrelated domains (for example sports, politics, weather), so the legs can be treated as independent and the combined probability is the product of the individual probabilities.

As an illustrative basis, if a participant selects ten outcomes that each have a 51 percent probability of resolving correctly, the probability of a perfect slate is 0.51 to the tenth power, which is approximately 0.00119, or about 1 in 840. At one slate per day, a participant who plays every day would expect a perfect slate roughly once every 840 days, or about once every 2.3 years.

A 51 percent probability per leg is close to a coin flip and represents roughly the easiest realistic slate, so it functions as a near ceiling on a participant’s odds. Selecting outcomes with longer odds, or any positive correlation between legs, makes a perfect slate materially less likely. Because points scale with slate difficulty, the rarer outcomes a participant might choose to chase are also the ones that carry the most reward.

8. Winner Verification; Taxes

Potential prize recipients may be required to verify eligibility and identity and to execute an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and, where lawful, publicity release. For any prize with ARV of $600 or more, the recipient must provide a completed IRS Form W-9, and Sponsor will issue a Form 1099-MISC as required. All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

9. General Conditions; Disqualification

Sponsor may disqualify any participant who tampers with the Contest, violates these Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, including automated entry, multiple accounts, or fraudulent referrals. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest if it becomes incapable of running as planned.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, participants release Sponsor, and their affiliates, and separately Apple Inc., from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance or use, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Privacy

Information collected is handled per Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://www.playmogg.com/privacy.
